I am currently a doctoral student in the PhD in Education program at the George Washington University. The program is cross-disciplinary in nature and allows me to combine my love of psychology and counseling with higher education. My research interests center on the experiences of students of color at predominately White institutions. More specifically, I am interested in how their experiences affect their mental health. I am currently working on a project that will examine how students of color experience and cope with microaggressions at a PWI.
